You can definte tiers using matrix pricing. You can check out the event management guide for more information about matrix pricing, but in essence, you identify a term with a list of choices as the basis for creating the tiers. Or you could just create multiple items for the different tiers. We do have "Tiered Pricing" with alternative bidding. You create the event with line items and the quantity sought. You also enable alternative bidding and tiered pricing as an option. Suppliers bid on the items and then can create an alternative, where they can define tiers and enter pricing for each. You will not likely have similar tiers across the suppliers, so comparison is done with the optimization capabilities.
