You can create a SPM project, where you can create Survey & scorecard under the document tab. You can map a scorecard while creating a survey. Scorecards use KPIs to include data from responses to a survey questions or Data fields from reports, including data fields from a custom fact table.For example, you could include report data such as PO spend with a supplier.
