Thank you for your quick response I have downloaded all the pdf from there and I need starting point whether to start with survey first or Scorecard or KPI then how we can map them to scorecard.
Please share your thoughts.
Is it possible to share some documents in excel or screenshot of Surveys,Scorecards & KPI.
