Ariba does not have any SLM module, the nearest module is SIPM i.e. Supplier information and Performance Management. If you are referring to SAP SLM then the functionality/features would be categorically different than that of Ariba SIPM.

For digital signing, Ariba Contract management provides close integration capabilities with DocuSign and one other service provider.
