Visibility of questions in SPQ

Can the visibility of questions in Supplier Profile Questionnaire be controlled by the answers provided.

For example If for the country field if I select India a different set of questions should be visible and if I select US a different set of questions should be visible ?

We need to define such visibility conditions for multiple countries.
