We would like to change the out of the box message on our receipt and invoice reconciliation email notifications to be more meaningful to our users. Can this be done by a Customer Administrator or do we need to engage Ariba to help with this?
Currently they read: RC40471 - AWH Tape Dispenser requires your action because "Requester must receive the order"
We would like to change the text in quotations to tell our requesters what they have to do in system.
Other organizations that have struggled with receiving who can offer suggestions to improve this with end users - we'd like to hear from you.
