If the dform is not an option, then I've heard other customers using a custom web page and through webservice create the organization in Ariba (with minimal required data to create the organization), when the org is created in Ariba it triggers the new org approval workflow, goes to the supplier approvers, then they must fill in the rest of the information in the profile before approving the supplier. Are you familiar with this flow?
