If a supplier sends an early payment term offer to customers (supplier-initiated) and customer does not agree, they can reject this and send their proposal, correct? If supplier doesn't agree with it, supplier can create another proposal and send to buyer again. Does this counter-offering continue until both parties agree to the offer, or is there a limit? (Assume this question makes sense.
