The Designated Support Contact (DCS) for your account would be able to create the support ticket through Ariba Connect. I checked with Thiago from the Ariba Support team and he didn't see your name listed as a DCS, but he did provide the names of 2 other DCS users associated with your account. I will send you a message with their names so that you can enlist their assistance with submitting the support ticket.
