Connecting with Ariba network using SAP PI

Hi Experts,

While sending a dummy file to Ariba network using ASC adapter , I am getting the below error.

"The url for the outbound is null with request type: CopyRequest Transactions URLs  might not downloaded for the ProfileRequest] causes a XIAdapterException and can be retried"

Could you please help and tell the reason behind this error.
