Hello Brad,
If you're using the On-Demand system you will not be able to obtain this information via the ITK.However, you can schedule saved reports to your Personal and/or Public Workspace. This may not be exactly what you are looking for, but it will provide your team with some light automation of the reports being requested.
To Schedule a Report to run on a frequency follow the steps below:
1. Save the report to your Personal Workspace or the Public Workspace
2. Access the area where the report is saved
3. Click on the Run in Background Option
4. Setup the frequency of the report and it will send to the people specified.
