Thanks for your response.

We were using SOAP UI to test the web-service. I have maintained the user/password in request properties. However, we have created end point with HTTP Basic Authentication. May be because of that I was getting above mentioned error.

Then, I have maintained the user/password authorization in request header and it worked .
