Have you contacted Ariba Customer Support? They will be able to help you.

If you already have an Ariba account in Ariba Network you should be able to use your existing credentials to register with a new customer, however in the specific customer registration portal you need to take the path of "If you already have an account click here to login", this should be located at the top of the page.
