JOBRESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide day-to-day project management an execution against the approach
- Utilize basic knowledge of P2P business processes
- Responsible for developing and adhering to detailed project plans and budgets
- Must have developed, supervised, and measured project work effort on the following dimensions: scope, quality, time, cost, resources, communication, issues, risk mitigation, procurement, and integration
- Facilitate discussions and workshops to elicit requirements using approved business analysis techniques (interviews, document analysis, working sessions, documented business processes, and system analysis)
- Communicate across all levels and keep appropriate parties informed of activity progress and challenges
- Creates analytical models, in excel and access, to analyze and interpret data
- Develops business case estimates, as well as review of business case summaries in order to drive rational decision making
- Proactively build relationships with project stakeholders to clarify needs and expectations
- Supports improvements to enterprise business analyst methodology and tool
- Acts as a point of escalation for problems and issues
- Strong Project Management and problem solving skills required.
- Business Process Management including flow diagrams and documentation
- Business acumen is required to work effectively across SHC and to provide guidance to Procurement Organization when needed
- Ability to break down complex issues into analyzable segments and organize the collection, interpretation and solution structure to drive business action
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to rapidly changing priorities
- Accurate in quality of work and detail-oriented
- 3-5 years of experience of project management experience, preferably in enterprise systems implementation
- Demonstrates strong team building skills and a hands on mentality
- Results oriented, high sense of urgency.

- Excellent Communication skills (verbal and written)
- Experience communicating at all levels from technical analyst to executive business
- Able to facilitate discussions among cross functional staff

- Trains other innovators through both formal and informal training programs
- PMP and/or Six Sigma certification a plus
- Experience in Ariba, Oracle/PeopleSoft or other ERP a plus
- MS Project or Project management tools - Intermediate
- Advanced computer skills, including Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Visio
