Yes what support responded is correct however we have couple ways to have the SPQ be the first page suppliers see when they access your site. 1) For existing suppliers in your sire: there is a system parameter that prompts supplier profile at supplier login, the advantage of this parameter is that ensures that all your suppliers will have to review the SPQ immediately after they login before they can continue, the disadvantage is for suppliers that login frequently they will be prompted all the time as well and could be annoying. 2) For new suppliers registering with your company: the full self registration will prompt your SPQ immediately after they confirm registration so it focuses the attention on the profile questionnaire and not the cloud profile.
