Hi Sahil,

You need to load the catalogs from Manage->Core Administration

1.Catalog manager->Import New catalog.

Enter the Supplier Name,You need to mention whether an approval is required,You can rank the supplier using Tier Option,File format

I dont think you will have an option to load the catalogs as a group until and unless it is a Catalog Kit.
