I am trying to build my survey by moving content from the sourcing library where I have my master KPIs. When I try to add a section to the scorecard I get "Can't add selected items because of template rules" I can add the individual questions within the section but not the entire section. I had previously built the scorecard with the same content and it is mapped back to the master KPI. I cannot map the questions I have added to the survey from the content library. It show not mapped and it is highlighted with a down arrow. Moving the cursor over it bring up the hand like it is active but selecting it does nothing. Unfortunately there is no more information on the error. Is there some place where there is more information on error messages? Thanks in advance for suggestions.
