Ariba application server monitoring template

Hi Guys,

I am looking for a template which provide information about performance of our Ariba application server. We can extract some of our application server details using perf logs like min/max response time to a user, most viewed page, Max concurrent users, Average Response Time, Worst Average Response Time for User, Most Active User etc. Kindly suggest what other details you are capturing in monitoring your application server's health and also a sample template representing all these details.
