An Investment Recovery Buyer is a supplier organisation that is willing to buy stuff from it's customers.

For instance OrgSup supplies to buyer organisation OrgBuy. If OrgSup is marked as investment recovery buyer on OrgBuy's database, OrgSup needs to be notified when OrgBuy has something to sell that might be of interest to OrgSup. On of the ways to capture this (if Investment Recovery Buyer, areas of interest for buying) is using Supplier profile questionnaire.
