Hi Maria,
we have instructed our suppliers to fill in the Supplier Profile Questionnaire. Unfortunately, many of them are confused because they see many empty fields and questions in tabs which are in front of the Customer Specific tab.They are trying to fill in every field in these tabs regardless they are mandatory or not. It is very time consuming for them and they are complaining that there are lots of questions. To avoid this situation we were wondering whether there was a possibility to move the Customer Specific tab to the first place of the Company Profile screen.
I have already created a Service Request and received an answer that this is not possible since the tab order is somehow hardcoded and common for all Ariba customers.
