Difference between Ariba Procure to Pay and Ariba Procurement Content.

Hello Folks,

Can anyone provide me documentation which provides the details of actual difference between Ariba Procure to Pay and Ariba Procurement Content modules.

Also If someone is using P2P then do they really need APC ??
