We have Purchase Award Form (excel sheet) which needs to be uploaded in the content section. Project Owner of the Sourcing event will be uploading this form in to the event. In most of the cases, Project Owner will receive the Purchase Award form after the event has been completed.
We also have Actual Savings field (customized field / manual entry) at Quick project level which needs to be updated. In most of the cases, Project Owner will comes to know the Actual Savings only after the event has been completed.
Any suggestions.
