Hi,
We are currently using xls template to upload events to Ariba. Most of the events are complex, containing a lot of questions. The issue we have is how templates are populated by the category people and business representatives. They find xls template not user friendly (all though we tried to simplify it as much as possible), looks like people do not like Excel (and to some point we agree Word document reads easier).
Could you please advise if you have similar issue and how you overcame it? Does anyone use MS Word template to gather requirements and is there an easy and quick way to convert it to Excel then?
