Private just means the supplier has not yet taken ownership of their account and their profile is exclusive to your realm. Once they take ownership, the profile migrates to the Cloud and they are "public". This is how it works and nothing to worry about.
As for the obsolete login, that just indicates they have changed their login and you are not entitled to see their username for security reasons.
