Hello Mandy,
To create Contract Terms from a Contract Workspace:
1. From the Documents tab, click on Actions --> Create --> Contract Terms
2.Open the created Contract Terms by clicking it then Actions --> Open.
3. From the Definitions Page, set the below parameters:
Contract Type: Item level
Release Required: Yes
Create subscription for non-catalog items: Yes
Fill out the rest of the details of the contract terms. Items can be added on the "Pricing terms" page of the contract terms.
