My apologies for not providing more information. Since the Customer Success group is limited to Ariba customer, you'll just need to submit a request to join the group. There should be a link at the group page to submit the request. Beverly Dunn is the group administrator - if you have any challenges with your request to join, you can send her a message within Ariba Exchange.
