To extract all the suppliers you go to Manage > Administration > Supplier & Customer Manager > Data Import/Export. You will find 3 files to export organization data, user data and organization id data. If you need to export supplier profile data (from the profile questionnaire SPQ) then you click on Supplier Profile Import/Export.
You create Scorecards for the supliers using Surveys in Supplier Performance Management projects. Once you run the survey and collect all the ratings/feedback, etc the score results from the survey maps into a Scorecard that contains KPIs. You can then create a report that contains the KPIs and you can see the KPI scores for the suppliers in the report.
