Overnight Shipping on Purchase Order

We are exploring the idea of using a blanket purchase order for Overnight Shipping (i.e. FedEx, UPS).

I'd like to hear from companies that do this, specifically,

• What benefits do you see?
• How do you handle allocation of expense (assuming a blanket PO is created).
