Adding Approvers in the approval flow

Hi All,

I need to add 4 approver groups for in the approval flow of a specific suppliers whenever he submits the catalog. And alos I need to hide this catalog from few peoples.

Can any one guide me in achieving the solution tho the above mentioned issue.
