- How do you measure services provided by your suppliers? (this is relevant to development and resource providers where there are not obvious tangible measurements)
- How do your business units measure and track supplier quality?
- What have found to be the best way to communicate and report these measurements?
- Do you have any established KPIs or SLAs with your Suppliers? Are these measured and reported on regularly ?
