Let me explain.

For example, I am creating a PR in Ariba OD buyer module to buy 1000 non-catalogue goods, while selecting suppliers, I wanted to float an RFP to get better price. Does Ariba 14S have an ability to create RFP event from this PR?

will this event connect to external site so that vendor can submit responses. In other word, can Ariba Buyer module be integrated with SAP Sourcing (SRM) module etc.
