Thanks so much for the information. Actually I will set the right context, I need to list all such activities in which a customer administrator can perform with and without getting in touch with Ariba support. For e.g. –
1) Functionality to configure the child realm replication subscription of the catalog in the parent need to contact ariba support.
2) If we need a list of active UoM’s need to contact the ariba support.
Similarly we need to make a list of activities specific to maintenance and support.
Is there anyway I can get a list of standard activities where such an information is provided.
