A supplementary query in this regard. The activities that you mentioned are standard activities that happen in a project and would be performed by the implementor (in this case my organization for our client). Of the above activities are there any activities typically in which Ariba's  involvement is required  ?

And is there any supplementary activities do they perform at their end ?
