Activities depend on the type of project:

1. Fresh Implementation (On-Demand)

2. Re-implementation (On-Demand/On-Premise)

3. Upgrade (On-Premise to On-Premise)

4. Migration (On-Premise - On-demand)

5. Maintenance and Support - (On-Demand/On-Premise)

So which type of project you are looking at, also activities differ by different modules involved in the project.
