Newbie in Ariba: Finding Parameters in Ariba

Hi All

I am new in ARIBA. I am using Ariba Spend Management 13s2. I wish to find the list of parameters in Ariba e.g. Application.Procure.AllowOrderChangeInReceived that can be configured.

Can anybody help me on how to find the parameters in our login ?

Who can edit the parameters ? What kind of permission is required ?

Any guidance/ documentation would be helpful.
