Hi - we are about to launch Ariba Contract Management and we are considering how best to set up our team to administer the contract process. We'd like to understand how other organizations have set up their teams. Currently in our pre-Ariba state, all our category managers and strategic sourcing teams receive contracts for review directly from business departments. We are debating the benefit of having a single contracts administrator who would do a first pass on all contracts submitted, routing them to the correct Procurement team member to be processed. Do you have any experience on whether this contract administrator approach would be effective? Many thanks.
