Hi Kathy,
An Integration between your Ariba application and SAP has to be set up first. Your technical team should be able to do that for you. Once that is done, then and your team could decide whether to upload/feed the data from the Ariba application to SAP either:
1) real-time (as soon as the RFC event has been created/completed) or
2) have a nighly job run and pick up and push all the day's worth of data to SAP. Or SAP could pull it from a "middle/staging" repository.
Or if you do not want the long term technical solution, but just an easy and temporary method that you could employ, I could suggest a manual work around. In case you are familar with SAP, you could export the data from Ariba to an Excel using the Export feature available (for each data listing) and then format (if necessary) to a format that your SAP understands. Then, use the Import from Excel feature of SAP to import that data. I don't have much knowledge on SAP user interfaces, but I do know that the Import from Excel feature is available. So, maybe you could explore that option with your SAP team. This is not the best suggestion, but at least it will eliminate the re-typing of the RFCs again in SAP, which you are doing currently.
Hope it helps.
