Some additional options that could be used are:

1. Just store it as a document on the Documents tab of the contract workspace.

1. Create fields as header attributes.  There are a limited number of fields and you might not be able to store things such as location and phone number, especially for multiple people.

1. Create a d-form where you can store an unlimited number of key contacts, update the list, have the needed fields and search and report.
