Supplier Profiles capture contact information as well as other detailed information about an organization. Supplier Profiles are managed through Buyer administrator. Supplier profile data can be automatically populated through leveraging ASN connectivity (data is automatically pulled from suppliers ASN account). Suppliers maintain their own profiles through their account. Supplier profiles are easily viewed from a contract workspace by clicking on the supplier link in the contract attributes section of the workspace. A sample profile appears below.
