only the users with the particular access group would have access to the sections that have a Team Access Group selected. Team Graders need access to the RFP to grade, they have to see responses to grade, so they have access. We currently don't have the ability to assign certain sections to certain graders to grade that section, but you can use Team Access Controls to hide the content somewhat.
