New to Ariba

Hi Experts,

Please help me out,

1) I am newbie to Ariba, I am not familiar with Ariba anything.

2) I am a SAP SRM functional consultant,but I am looking to get into Ariba.

3) So before learning Ariba I want to clarify few things,

     i)  In Ariba do we  have separately like functional and technical consultant as in SAP.

4)              Where we can learn this product to implement or support to the end user.
